	General Infos
	The contest is open to all, private or school. After taken a look to the rules and done the contest inscription, the participants will be able to subscribe to the Dynematica forum and use the Contest Video section. On the forum the competitors will have the possibility to ask informations to Dynematica's staff about the video making and share ideas and suggestions. The links to the videos (in low resolution) could be submitted, in public or private way, to the assessment committee using any of the video sharing services (E.G. YouTube, MegaVideo, Vimeo, Google Video ...).

	First Evaluation Phase
All the works must be sent by October 30th and they will be subdue to a first evaluation stage which consists into the idea behind the video analysis, teaching effectiveness and respect for the scientific rigor. At this point, the committee shall provide for each submitted videos, if necessary, educational, communication and scientific suggestions to increase opportunities to be selected as winners. This evaluation will be published to the forum, from there will begin a collaboration phase with the Dynematica technical staff to guidance about the video implementation.

	The second phase of evaluation is a further analysis to search for the winning videos that will be part of the Tomo3D - Physics.

	Winners
	All elegible videos eligible by the evaluation criteria described by the rules, will be the contest's winners. The winner competitors, will have to send the high resolution video following the criteria that will be announced during the final stage. The Dynematica's technical staff shall contact the competitor to agree on the prize erogation.
